Closed pilot

Put the system to work on your own imports.

Sustys is in its pre-pilot phase. What we want now is not customers but a few partners who put the system to work on their own imports. The pilot is closed and by invitation: a deliberately small group of EU importers and customs representatives, drawn from different sectors rather than one — the product has to hold across them.

  • Free throughout Access through 31 December 2027. No fees, and no purchase obligation at any point.
  • No fixed term The end is set by readiness, not by a calendar. At best it ends in an open beta in Q4 2026 — an intention, not a commitment.
  • What the pilot is for Benchmark testing, accuracy work, and development shaped by what participants ask for — against real use rather than our own assumptions.

The exchange, in full.

What you get

  • Free access through 31 December 2027 — no fees, and no obligation to buy at any point
  • A weekly 1-hour working session with the founders, plus a direct channel in between
  • Requests you raise are built and in the system in 3–7 days, typically within the same week
  • The roadmap follows what you need: your priorities set what we build next
  • Integration on your terms — we will work to whatever route suits your systems
  • An NDA signed offline and confirmed in the product at onboarding; our data-processing agreement is published and accepted the same way

What we ask

  • The weekly hour, and honest feedback when something does not work
  • Permission to describe results anonymously — your name only with your written approval
  • Real documents only if and when you are comfortable: they sharpen the system’s accuracy, and they are never a condition of the pilot

Nothing here is a precondition. Sharing real documents is your call, taken each time, and it exists to sharpen accuracy — never to gate your place in the pilot.

What we say upfront, before you ask

Filing on actual emissions requires an accredited verifier’s report — so today every good is priced at default values. A supplier’s self-reported figure is recorded and kept, but the good stays on the default until independently verified data arrives; the self-reported figure is already stored, so the bill follows the verified figures the moment they land.

Put your name forward.

Tell us who you are and what you import. We read every one of these ourselves, and we come back to you either way.

Please leave out anything confidential — we don’t need it to read your application.

Suppliers: you join through your customer’s invitation — there is nothing to apply for here. See how the supplier side works.
