What counts as a “client”?
On the consultant plan you pay per active client — not per user, per declaration, or per seat. A client becomes active when you start building their ledger, and the per-client rate eases as your book grows. One console, unlimited team seats.

Is the supplier portal really free?
Yes. Non-EU suppliers share production data with their EU buyers at no charge — the value is the orders you win by being legible and provably clean.

Do I have to talk to sales to join?
No. The pilot beta is open by waitlist — no demo wall, no quote gate. Pick your persona, leave an email, and you’re in. Consultants moving a large book can also talk to us if they’d like a hand.
