Every licence covers one CBAM declaration year — no subscription, nothing renews itself. Importers license their company, customs consultants license a console and their clients, and suppliers share for free.
Prices per declaration year, excluding VAT. Licences are sold and invoiced by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, which adds VAT at checkout according to your country.

Buy 10 or more client licences from one price band in one purchase and they are 15% off; 20 or more, 20% off. Discounts do not combine.
Launch prices apply to licences bought until 31 March 2027. A later declaration year is a new purchase at the price published then.

Can I use Sustys today?
Yes — by invitation. Sustys is live, and licences are on sale to the organisations we onboard. We’re opening access in stages: request an invitation on the pilot page and we’ll come back to you.

Is there a subscription?
No. A licence covers one declaration year and does not renew itself; nothing is charged again unless you buy again. A later declaration year is a new purchase at the price published then.

What counts as a “client”?
On a consultancy console you license clients, not users or declarations: each client you add takes one client licence for the declaration year. Bureau includes 3 client licences and 3 consultant users; Network includes 10 client licences and unlimited users.

Is the supplier portal really free?
Yes. Non-EU suppliers share production data with their EU buyers at no charge — the value is the orders you win by being provably clean.

Why publish prices at all?
Because hiding the price is the first markup. Every licence you can buy today is priced on this page; only the Enterprise tiers are priced by agreement.
